7. To use the Pulse function put the speed selector on the Pulse position and hold it for as
long as required. Release the speed selector so that it returns to Position 0 automatically.
8. Press the button (2) to lift the motor unit.
9. To unlock the bowl (5) turn it anti-clockwise.
10. The mixture may now be removed from the bowl using a spatula.
11. Unplug the machine.

After 10 minutes' operation allow the machine to cool for several minutes.
Stop the mixer if you see food collecting on the sides of the bowl. Remove this food using
a spatula.
b) Using the blender
Before using the blender refer to the safety instructions (Section 1.a.)
The blender may be used to mix preparations extremely finely. For example it can be used to
makes soups, sauces, milk shakes, baby food, vegetables, fruit, purée, etc.). Cutting solid food
into small bits before putting it in the blender is recommended.
1. Remove the cover on the kitchen machine
