Total standard time of each pre set programmee is 30 minutes. This can be shortened to 10mins 

and extended to a maximum of 99mins or anywhere inbetween with the stages coming to effect 

accordingly.

Example of Programme 1

1.

4. 

at 26min went to 6Km/h with 2% incline

5.  at 24min went to 6Km/h with 2% incline

And so on with changes happening approximately every 2 minutes until the time reaches 0.
