Assembly requires two people.

 . Please follow each step carefully below, be 

careful of your hands at all times and when lifting ensure your fit and healthy enough 

to do so and always have assistance, watch that back to : ) by following our step by 

step instructions this should limit the risk of possible injury, please do not ignore any 

steps as this could result in personal injury and damage to the treadmill.

•  Your treadmill will arrive boxed and secured by safety carton straps.  

Please ensure your treadmill is placed on a firm flat surface and that all 

sides of the treadmill are accessible with a minimum clearance of 40cm. 

Once you have assembled the treadmill it can be moved as required. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

•  Cut and discard packaging safety carton straps.

•  Remove inner packaging and all contents (Twister, oil and any tools etc)

•  Using a minimum of 2 people carefully remove the treadmill from the 

packaging carton using recommended lifting areas.
