skin might require 1 to 2 weeks to get
accustomed. If your skin shows signs of
intolerance, discontinue using the Shaving
Conditioner.

mains, but is not charging
(green LED does not light up)
Shaver is completely
discharged
Leave shaver connected to the mains,
push start/stop button once. Shaver will be
charging when green LED lights up.
Shaving head does not swivel
Head lock activated
Release head lock.
Cartridge cannot be removed
Pull-out tag was accidentally
removed from cartridge
Use appropriate tool (flat-nose pliers) to
pull out cartridge. When inserting a new
cartridge, only remove the silver sealing
foil. Do not remove the transparent pull-out
tag.
Water condensation inside the
cartridge compartment
Differences in temperature
when cleaning with water
Condensation will disappear after a
while and has no effect on the shaver’s
operation. The electronics section is sealed
against water.
