Whencleaningyourappliance,wipedowntheexterioroftheappliancetoremoveanysplatter
orgrease.Donotuseharshabrasives.Toremovebakedonfoods,useafinetomediumgritnon
metallicabrasivepadwithneutraldetergenttoavoidspecksofgreasecollectinginthegrain
causingtheappearanceofrust.Beforeinstallingthecover,alwaysallowthesurfacetodry.DO
NOTcoveradampappliance.

Donotusehumidclothtocleantheglassdoorwhenitisstillhot,theglassmayshatter.
Caution:
Donotopenthegrillduringtheburnoffprocess.Openingtheglassdoorduringthe
burnoffprocessmaycauseasuddengreasefireflareupthatcouldburnyourfaceandarms.
Waituntilthegrillhascooledbeforeopening.
Drip Tray
Cleanthedriptryaftereachuse.Failuretodosocouldresultinafire.Oncetheappliancehas
cooledcompletely,removethetraybypullingitallthewayoutuntilitcomesfree.Cleanthetray
withhotsoapywaterandreinstall.Ifusinganovencleaningagent,besuretocarefullyfollow
themanufacturer’sinstructionstoavoiddamagetothestainlesssteel.
IffoodRESIDUE,greasespill,saltandseasoningandleftoversareleftinsidetheRotisserieGrill,
willacceleratetherust,ANDCORROSION,thecorrectprocedureincleaningAFTEREACHUSE,
takecarebecauseitmayaffectyourwarranty.
