General safety information for the use of electrical devices:
To avoid injury from fire or electric shock, please ensure
compliance with safety instructions when using this device.
Please read the instructions carefully and make sure that
you have understood them well. Keep the manual near the
equipment to be able to read it at any time. Always use
current sources connected to the ground and providing the
necessary voltage (indicated on the label on the device).
If you have any doubt, let an electrician check that your
outlet is properly grounded. Never use a damaged power
cable. Do not open the unit in damp or wet environment,
or if your hands or body are damp or wet. Protect the unit
from solar radiation. Use the device in a protected location
to avoid damaging the equipment or endangering others.
Make sure the device is able to cool and avoid placing
it too close to other devices that produce heat. Before
cleaning, disconnect it from the power source. Use a soft

INTRODUCTION
Add sugar as the main ingredient. You can then add
auxiliary materials according to your wishes. Like that, you
can produce cotton candy sof various colours and tastes.
This machine by Bredeco allows you not only to produce
white cotton candy but also red, yellow, blue, green, orange
and purple candy floss. You can even create different
flavours like apple, strawberry, peach, water melon, lychee,
mango and many more.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The cotton candy machine is designed to make cotton
candy.
Any damage resulting from a non-conform use of the
device is the responsibility of the user.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for
integrity and open it. If the packaging is damaged, please
contact your transport company and distributor within 3
days and document the damages as detailed as possible.
Do not turn the package upside down! When transporting
the package, please ensure that it is kept horizontal and
stable. Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard,
plastic tapes and Styrofoam) so that in case of a problem,
the device can be sent back to the service centre as well-
protected as possible.

Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic
tapes and Styrofoam), so that in case of a problem, the
device can be sent back to the service centre in accurate
condition!

To understand the operation of the machine please
read the manual carefully before use.

After unpacking the device it is of utmost importance
that you clean all of the components with cold water.
Then wipe device dry with a soft cloth.
3.
Install the device on a fixed workstation.

Check voltage before connecting the power plug.

OPERATION
Turn on the device for approximately 2 minutes to preheat
it and then turn it off.
Use the scoop to insert sugar (approx. 20 g) into the device.
Use the ON/OFF button to turn it on.
Once floss begins settling on the sides of the bowl, use
a candy floss stick. Twist it around in your fingers and move
along the sides of the bowl. Wait 5 minutes for the device
to cool down before making another candy floss.
ASSEMBLY
Assembling the bowl onto the device.
Before use attach the bowl to the device.
Gently press the bowl onto the device and turn the bowl
anti-clockwise so that the bowl attachments slide under the
device attachments (as far as possible). Place the hood over
the top of the bowl.
NOTES
1.
Keep minors away from the machine.
2.
The electric cable must not come near the hot surface
of the machine. Please ensure that the electric cable
and the connector plug do not come into contact
with water or any other liquids. DO NOT use the
device if the cable or the connector plug is damaged.
3.
Please DO NOT touch the surface of the machine
while it is in operation. DO NOT move the machine
while in operation.
4.
Never touch the plug or cable with wet hands.
5.
Before cleaning make sure that the plug is pulled
out.
6.
If the cotton candy turner doesn’t make any cotton
candy, please turn off the device and remove burnt
sugar with soft cloth.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Shaking, crashing and turning upside down of the device
should be prevented when transporting it. Store it in
a properly ventilated location with dry air and without any
corrosive gas
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Disconnect from electricity when cleaning
equipment.
•
Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean
surface.
•
Dry all parts well after cleaning before the device is
used again.
•
Store the unit in a dry, cool location, free from
moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
•
Wait for the device to cool down before cleaning.
•
Remove the hood from the bowl and then the bowl
by turning it in a clockwise direction.
•
To remove the head, pull it upwards gently.
•
Wash the bowl and head in warm water and dry.
•
Use a damp cloth or towel to wash the outside of
the device.
