Devices switching on accidentally
When inserting the overvoltage protection
adaptor, the connected devices might
accidentally switch on.
• Make sure you disconnect all the connected
devices before switching on or off the
overvoltage protection adaptor.
• Do not manipulate or alter the overvoltage
protection adaptor.
• Repairs should be performed by a skilled
technician only.
• Keep the overvoltage protection adaptor
away from children.
Intended use
The overvoltage protection adaptor can be
used only as an overvoltage protection for
terminals (type SPD 3) with a 230V power
supply (connected to a socket with a
professionally installed protective conductor).
Any other use is not permitted.
The overvoltage protection adaptor must not
be covered when it is in operating status.
It should be used in dry rooms, only for private
purposes.
