Operation
Always use adequate caution when operat-
ing tarp.
If tarp is covered with snow/ice, remove
snow/ice before operating.
End caps must be free from grain that may
be piled on them. Grain should not be heaped
higher than end caps.
Tarp should be fully opened or completely
closed during fi eld operation.
PROCEDURE
1.
Remove retaining pin from crank holder.
2.
Using both hands, carefully remove crank
from holder.
3.
Extend crank handle assembly to a com-
fortable position at the rear of the box.
4.
Roll tarp to the desired location, choosing
either a fully open or fully closed posi-
tion.
5.
Place crank in holder and re-insert retaining
pin.
NOTE:
It is normal for the cable to be slightly
slack in the mid-portion of tarp travel.
