Using Your Toaster:
•
With the bread carriage in the up position insert the slice(s) you would like to toast.
•
Turn the browning control knob to desired position. The higher the number the darker the toast
•
Press the carriage lever down until it locks into position
•
When the toaster cycle is completed the toast rises automatically.
Note: To stop the toasting cycle before it is completed simply press the CANCEL Button.
•
When heating is complete, unplug the product from the electrical outlet.
WARNING: Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it is not in use or will
be left unattended.
•
Never wrap the power cord around the outside of the toaster. The power cord should be
wrapped around the cord storage cavity underneath the toaster.
Cleaning Your Toaster;
WARNING: Always unplug the product and allow it to cool before cleaning or storing.
NOTICE: Do not use abrasive cleaners.
•
Simply wipe the exterior of the toaster with a clean damp cloth and dry it thoroughly. If a
cleaning solution is used, apply it to a clean cloth and not directly onto the toaster.
•
To remove crumbs, slide out the crumb tray and discard crumbs. Wipe clean and replace.
Never operate the toaster without the crumb tray in place.
•
To remove bread caught in toaster, unplug it from outlet, turn toaster upside down and
shake gently. Never insert any hard or sharp object into the toaster.
•
Clean out the accumulated crumbs frequently to avoid the risk of fire or malfunction. Do not
use food that will drip coatings or fillings when heated. These can cause unsanitary
conditions and increase the possibility of fire or malfunction.
•
DO NOT IMMERSE THIS TOASTER IN ANY LIQUID.
