WARNING!
Never use a telescope for an unprotected view of the sun! As soon as
you look directly at the sun, or even at its immediate surroundings, you
risk immediate and irreparable damage to your eye. This damage of the
eye happens mostly painlessly and therefore without any warning to the
observer, so that it is perhaps already too late as soon as eye damage has set in.
Therefore, never point the telescope or its viewfinder at or next to the sun. Never
look through the telescope or its viewfinder when it is moving. During observation,
children must always remain under adult supervision.
