WARNING

ging the fuse or opening the lamp house to change the lamp.
The power cord provided with the equipment has a grounded
plug. Always use the power cord with a properly grounded
mains socket.

III. INSTALLATION
1. Remove all parts from their packing materials and retain the
packaging in the event you need to transport the product.
2. Loosen the binocular tube set screw. Install the binocular
tube to the optical body by removing its dust cap and
inserting the dovetailed flange on the underside of the
binocular tube into the optical body. Secure the binocular
tube with the screw.
Do not release the optical part from your grasp until it is
firmly secured to the frame.
3. Install the adjustment rods and the filter seat to the frame.
4. Install the objectives into the nosepiece.
5. Remove the dust caps from the eyetubes and insert both
eyepieces into the eyetubes.
6. Connect the power cord to the mains in of the microscope
and to a suitable mains socket.
