Attach each inner slide piece to each keyboard shelf with screws (CC), washers (EE) and nuts (FF).

Slide top shelf onto cart as shown. Secure all 4 corners with bolts

(GG) and nuts (HH). Make sure shelf sides fit over the leg brackets

and panel flanges.
