Assembling and installation should always be made by an adult.
WARNING!
- Never leave the child unattended.
- Do not use this product once your child can sit
up unaided or weighs more than 9 Kg.
- This product is not intended for prolonged pe-
riods of sleeping.
- Never use this product on an elevated surface
(e.g. a table). Always use on a flat, level floor.
- Always use the restraint system.
- To avoid injury ensure that children are kept
away when unfolding and folding this product.
- Do not let children play with this product.
- Do not move or lift this product with the baby
inside it.
- Never use the toy bar to lift or move this pro-
duct.
- When the product is connected to a music pla-
yer, ensure that the volume of the music player
is set to a low value.
The product is for domestic use only. This product does not repla
-
ce a cot or a bed. If your child need to sleep, then he or she should
be placed in a suitable cot or bed. Do not use the product if any
components are broken or missing.
! Stop the swinging movement before folding the product.
! If timer is not activated, all the selected functions continue to
operate until the swing is switched off.
Before using the product, make sure it is fully opened and that all
mechanisms are safely locked. Check all the parts regularly. Keep
the product away from fire.

USING THE REMOTE CONTROL
Prior to use, remove the remote control from its plastic wrapping
and pull out the plastic strip placed in the battery compartment
(See picture 2, page 10).
USE OF THE ADAPTER
The adapter used for this product (swing) should be inspected
regularly to prevent that the cord, plug, conduits and other parts
are damaged. In such event, the adapter cannot be used.
The swing should be used only with the adapter supplied.
Using an adapter other than the one supplied or non-suitable,
could damage the product or alter its functions. Warning! The
adapter is no battery charger. The AC / DC adapter and batte
-
ries cannot be used simultaneously. Remove the adapter when
batteries are in use and remove the batteries when the adapter is
in use. Strangulation hazard! Keep the cord away from children.
FOR SAFE BATTERY USE
Positioning of the batteries: See images 1 and 2, page 10.
Remote control batteries: included.
Swing batteries: 4 type D batteries (not included).
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to
be mixed.
Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the infant swing.
Transformers used with the infant swing are to be regularly exami
-
ned for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure and other parts, and
in the event of such damage, they must not be used.
Keep the batteries out of children’s reach. Only the recomended
batteries or equivalent are to be used, volts and size. Remove
exhausted batteries from the product. DO NOT short-circuit sup
-
ply terminals. Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the
toy before being charged. Rechargeable batteries are only to be
charged under adult supervision. Any battery may leak battery
acid if mixed with a different battery type, if inserted incorrectly
(put in backwards) or if all batteries are not replaced or recharged
at the same time. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or
rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. Any battery may leak
battery acid or explode if disposed of in fire or an attempt is made
to charge a battery not intended to be recharged. Never recharge
a cell of one type in a recharger made for a cell of another type.
Discard leaky batteries immediately. Leaky batteries can cause
skin burns or other personal injury. When discarding batteries, be
sure to dispose of them in the proper manner, according to your
state and local regulations. Always remove batteries if the product
is not going to be used for a month or more. Batteries left in the
unit may leak and cause damage. NEVER mix battery types.
