and fine.
Fine
– for finely ground texture, such as for spreads, patés, baby food, and hamburgers.
Medium
– for ground meat to use in various recipes.
Coarse
– for a coarsely ground texture, such as when grinding beef for chilli, or for nuts and
vegetables.
