INGREdIENTS
1 pint (250g) cherry tomatoes or 3 small
tomatoes
1 (160g) Lebanese cucumber, quartered
2-3 sprigs flat leaf parsley
2-3 medium (280g) carrots, cut into quarters
Process through juicer and serve.
SWISS CHARd, KIWI + APPLE

3-4 Swiss Chard leaves, ribs removed
3 medium (255g) kiwi fruit, peeled, cut into
quarters
1 medium (150g) green apple, cut into pieces

2-3 medium (280g) carrots, cut into quarters
1 medium (230g) beetroot, scrubbed and cut into
pieces
1 medium (240g) orange, peeled and segmented
1 medium (230g) pear, cut into quarters
Process through juicer and serve.

GREEN BELL GARLIC

INGREdIENTS
4 trimmed (400g) celery stalks
2 medium (300g) tomatoes, roughly chopped
2 sprigs cilantro
1 medium (200g) green bell pepper, trimmed,
seeds removed
1 clove garlic , peeled
Process through juicer and serve.

6 cups (450g) broccoli florets and stems
3-4 sprigs flat leaf parsley
2 medium (300g) green apples, cut into pieces
1 trimmed (100g) celery stalk
