4.4. Read out.
Start up the Print Manager.
Click on ‘Read Out’ and the program will request that a clock is connected.
Connect the Speedy X-treme to the laptop or PC with the USB cable.
Print Manager will read the data from the Speedy X-treme.
After the data transfer is complete, disconnect the clock by unplugging the USB cable.
4.5. Updating the Speedy X-treme software.
The Speedy X-treme can receive its own software updates directly via the Print Manager.
If after carrying out a Read Out, a message
appears on the PC screen indicating that an
upgrade is available then to give a software
update to the Speedy X-treme clock follow the
instructions as they show in the message.
NB: The Speedy X-treme can also receive
software updates via the Bricon Club-Editor.

.6. Lists.
Overview list.
A report giving the latest status of each bird - whether on the perch, timed from a trainer or in a race.
Training list.
A detailed list of clockings for a training flight currently held on the Speedy X-treme clock.
Clocking list.
A detailed list of clocking for each and every races currently active on the Speedy X-treme clock.
Linking list.
A fully itemised list of the linkage between each bird on the clock and its electronic chip number.
4.7. To Print a List.
Click to highlight the required read out event from the left hand column.
Click to select the required list from the right hand column.
A Print Preview will appear on screen.
Click on the Print icon from the top menu bar.
Select the Windows installed printer and follow the instructions.
4.8. Export.
Click on the Export Icon whilst in Print Preview to export the list to Excel or Acrobat PDF.
Name and save the exported file.
4.9. Change Description / Delete the read out file.
Click to highlight a read out event.
Click on ‘Description’ to make an amendment to the name of the read out file.
Click on ‘Delete’ to permanently delete the file.
