锯切尺寸不准

1.锯片与台板运动路径的平
行度未校准
2.锯片与靠山端面的间距设
置不正确
3.工件夹持不正确
4.推动行程太长
5.锯片磨损
6.使用过度
7.角度未校准

1.参照章节 5 进行校准。
2.左右调节靠山,使靠山端面与锯片的间锯大约为锯片宽
度的 2-3 倍。
3.参照章节 4.5 调整木质压紧块。
4.锯切时,让木料一直处于锯片上方,当最后一个锯齿锯

切木料并且靠近靠山时,就应该拉回台板。

5.参照章节 4.4,更换锯片。
6.在锯切时,根据木料的软硬程度,适当调整单次锯切的
深度。
7.参照章节 5 进行角度校准。

无法进行锯切

锯片倾角过高,导致单位锯
切量过大

参照章节 4.2 调节锯片倾角。

锯切面粗糙

锯片齿损坏

参照章节 4.4,更换锯片。

锯片出现松动
