HOW TO USE

1.  Connect the power cord to the product.
2.  Plug the plug into the mains.
3.  Start the product with the power switch.
4.  Use the buttons to set the required 

function.

5.  Adjust the massage pressure so that it feels 

comfortable. Do not use excessive pressure.

6.  Switch off the product, pull out the plug, 

and put the product away after use.  
The product switches off automatically after 
15 minutes. 
 
Do not use the product immediately before 
going to bed. Massage has a stimulating 
effect, which can make it difficult to go to 
sleep.

MAINTENANCE

•  Clean the product with a cloth moistened 

with water and wipe dry immediately.

•  Do not plug in the plug until the product is 

completely dry.
