Flush-service Guide Table
The higher the quality of the water supply to the cooler, the more tank refills Cooler
can operate before a Flush-service will be required.
As the water quality also varies the Wet Test voltage readings, the appropriate Flush-
service cycle may be individually set to that water quality.
The following table is a guide to the Flush-service cycle rates based on the entering
water supply quality.
The voltage reading should be based on the initial fill of the tank, when using this
guide.
The voltage may vary between the Low and High Level Water Sensors, so average
the 2 voltage readings.
Trident Voltage
0 <--> 2 Volt
2 <--> 3 Volt
3 <--> 6 Volt
6 <--> 8 Volt

15 Cycles

35 Cycles
Dismantling:
•
Isolate the 240 Volt power supply to the pump (N-E5).
•
Open service access compartment cover.
•
Disconnect the water level sensor loom from the N-E5.
•
Remove the 2 retaining nuts at the top of the probe assembly and remove.
