2.5.6 Switching on Multi-View
The Multi-View is interactive and can be used to switch a show on a Desktop model, or as
a complement to a panel (SoftPanel or physical control panel). This can be done with a
mouse or with a touch screen monitor for a more tactile interface.
Basic Switching:

To change to a
different device:
Click on the
Device
Tabs
at the top of
the PixPad.
To change content:
Click on the desired
thumbnail
in the
PixPad.
To effect Preview to air/Program:
Click on the
Preview
monitor.
Will perform the selected Mix or FX at
the assigned transition rate.
To add a key(s) to Preview or to
include a keyer in the next transition
:
Click on the
Trans
button(s).
To Preview a source:
Click on the
source
thumbnail and it goes to
preview.
To add or remove a key
to Program:
Click on the
Direct Key
thumbnail.
Will perform a Mix or Cut at the
assigned keyer rate.
To take Preview to air/Program:
Click on the
Program
monitor.
Will perform a Cut.
