LPe31000-series: PCIe 3.0 supports x8, x4, x2, and x1.

NOTE: 

Adapters are PCIe 3.0 and CEM 3.0 compliant systems and are backwards compatible to 

1.0a, 1.1, and 2.0 compliant systems.
