SELECTING AN ENTREE AND DONENESS LEVEL

1.  Tap “PROBE 1” or “PROBE 2” on Home Screen to access Settings menu.

2.  Tap “ENTREE” to access the list of entrees.
3.  Tap the desired entree.

4.  Tap the back arrow to return to the Settings menu.

5.  Tap “DONENESS” to access a list of recommended doneness levels for the  

 

selected entree.

6.  Tap the desired entree doneness level.

7.  Tap the Home icon to return to the Home screen.

8.  The desired entree and doneness target temperature will display on the Home  

 

screen.

9.  An alert will activate when the current temperature reaches the target  

 

 

temperature.

Note: If “NONE” is selected for the Alert type, no alert will activate at the 
target temperature. 

SELECTING A TEMPERATURE PRE-ALERT

1.  Tap “PROBE 1” or “PROBE 2” on Home Screen to access Settings menu.

2.  Tap “TEMPERATURE PRE-ALERT.”
3.  Tap the desired temperature pre-alert. Tap “NONE” for no temperature pre-alert.

4.  Tap the Home icon to return to the Home screen.

5.  An alert will activate when the current temperature reaches the temperature  

 

pre-alert setting.

Note: If “NONE” is selected for the Alert type, no alert will activate when the 
current temperature reaches the temperature pre-alert setting.
