NOTICE
If the appliance does not work when pressing the ON/OFF button or the PULSE
button but the respective button is lit, it means that the containers or lid are not
placed/closed properly. Check the position/closing of the containers and lid (the
safety switches must be released).
(A1) Button
ON/OFF
is intended for grating, stirring, preparing puree and very fine chopping.
(A2) Button
PUlSe, motor runs only for the time it is pressed (max. power). It is intended for cutting
and normal to coarse chopping. Press repeatedly until you achieve desired result.
Revolution regulator (A3)
allows to set optimal revolutions for selected working attachment.

Falcate knife (F)
Assembling
Put the knife on with the central opening on the propulsion shaft A6, let it slide down the
shaft and turn it clockwise all the way. Remove the knife reversely.

Chopping (grinding), blending, mixing all kinds of fruit, vegetable, meat (rid of bones,
tendons and skin) a making puree.
Do not use the knife to process thin dough

ecommendation
- Never process very hard materials such as coffee beans, nutmeg, ice cubes etc. The
knife would become dull very shortly.
- Pre-cut the ingredients to cubes of approx. 30 x 30 x 30 mm. do not mince frozen meat.
Use button
A2
for coarse to semi-coarse chopping (grinding) e.g. onion, 5-10 short
moments is usually enough. When chopping hard cheese or chocolate, work shortly.
Ingredients will become excessively hot when being chopped, will start to melt and may
become lumpy.
- Times of preparation (processing) depend on amount, kind and quality of substances
used, normally they are in tens of seconds (approx. 30 – 60 sec.).
