The COD E + ADD keys activate the add all function in the WP TEXT EDIT,
and PHRASE EDIT modes. The typewriter can find all the suspected words
that exist after the current cursor position and add them into the supplemental
dictionary at a time.
When you finish checking all the words and there still remain the proper words
that the typewriter suspected but did not find in the main dictionary, use this
function to add them into the supplemental dictionary. Or you can use this
function to make the supplemental dictionaiy of your own at a time.
REM EM BER. ..The add all function can be activated in all the WP TEXT
EDIT and PHRASE EDIT modes.
Follow these steps to make your own dictionary:

Open a new text file in the WP mode for practice.

Type necessary words.

Press the CURSOR keys to move the cursor to the beginning of the text.
The « — (Express Backspace) key quickly moves the cursor to the
beginning o f the text.
Note that the add all function starts at the current cursor position.

Press the CODE + ADD keys to activate the add all function.

Press the
(Return) key.
The typewriter starts finding the suspected but proper words and add
them into the supplemental dictionary.
Tire add all function quits and the message says that the function is
completed when the cursor reaches the end o f text. Pressing any key
clears away the message.

Close the file.
Sometimes you want to suspend or quit the function before you complete it.
Pressing the ESC or CODE + ADD keys cancels the function halfway.
