APPENDIX 2 DELETION OF USER SETTING
INFORMATION
In this machine, the user setting information is stored in the main PCB. The following
procedure allows the factory default settings to be restored in the machine.
<Operating procedure>
Model without touch panel
Model with touch panel
(1) Press the

key to display
“Reset Menu” on the LCD, and press
the
OK
key while the machine is in the
ready state.
(2) Press the

key to display
“Factory Reset” on the LCD, and press
the
OK
key.
(3) Press the
key to select “Reset”.
Then, the user setting information is
deleted, and the machine returns to the
ready state automatically.

key on the LCD, and press the
Reset Menu
key.
(3) Press
Factory reset
key on the LCD.
Then, “Factory Reset? It may take time
to complete.” is displayed.
(4) Press the

key. “Reboot OK? Press
[Yes] for 2 seconds to confirm” is
displayed on the LCD.
(5) Hold down the
Yes
key for two seconds
or longer. Then, the user setting
information is deleted, and the machine
returns to the ready state automatically.
