The printed page contains incorrect
characters
Make sure you have defined the correct character set (font) in the application.
Try changing the font used in the document.
This printer is not detected when
establishing a Bluetooth connection

1 Check that the

indicator is lit in blue.
If the

indicator is flashing or turned off, the Bluetooth

This printer is not detected when

1 Check that the

The Wi-Fi connection is taking too
long to connect (PJ-773 only)
From initialization to completing the connection takes time, so it may take a
minute or more to establish the Wi-Fi connection. Since this differs depending
on the device and environment, check with the device manufacturer.
I want to reset the printer/delete the
data transferred from a computer or
mobile device.
To reset the printer, perform the following procedure:
1 Confirm that the printer is turned off.
2 While holding down the (Feed) button, press the
(Power) button three
times, and then release the (Feed) button.
The POWER indicator starts flashing in orange.
3 Press the (Feed) button three times to reset the printer's communication
and device settings to their factory settings and delete all the data
transferred to the printer.
