Plug
the
appliance
into
an
easy
accessible
socket.
Always
set
the
power
switch
to
“OFF”

and
pull
the
plug
out
of
the
socket
before
taking
any
action
on
the
appliance.
After
use
:
unscrew
the
nuts
(11)
and
remove
the
nylon
cover
(10).
Now
you
can
remove
the
toothed
roller
(9)
which
supports
the
spindle
(4)
and
the
small
gear
wheel
(3).
Thoroughly
clean,
dry
and
eventually
grease
all
the
parts
that
came
in
contact
with
food.
Replace
the
black
air
stopper
with
the
red
one
before
you
store
away
the
appliance.

conical
transmission.
Mixer
in
stainless

AISI

Container
and
cover
in
high
quality
food
grade
plastic
and
can
easily
be
dismantled
for
easy
cleaning
(dish
washer).
With
safety
switch
to
prevent
mixing
when
the
cover
is
open.
The
conical
transmission
is
greased
with
a
specific
long
life
type
oil
that
does
not
need
to
be
replaced
or
added.
Suitable
for
any
kind
of
dough
:
pasta,
bread,
pizza,
pastry.
INSTRUCTIONS
DOUGH
MIXER
Use
the
start
key
for
accessories
(13)
to
mount
the
dough
mixer
to
the
motor.
Carefully
follow
the
instructions
supplied
with
the
accessory.
The
dough
mixer
is
now
ready
for
use
:
‐
Plug
the
appliance
in
a
socket
with
a
voltage
as
mentioned
on
the
technical
data
label.
You
can
find
this
label
on
the
black
base
of
the
appliance.
‐
Remove
the
cover
(7)
by
turning
it
counter
clockwise.
‐
Fill
the
container
(8).
Respect
the
amount
of
ingredients
as
recommended
in
paragraph
“recipes
and
advice
for
use”.
‐
Mount
the
cover
(7)
onto
the
container
(8)
en
turn
clockwise,
fastening
the
cover
entirely
in
order
to
switch
on
the
appliance.
‐
During
operation
it
is
possible
to
add
liquid
or
flour
without
turning
the
appliance
off
by
using
the
opening
in
the
cover
(7).
‐
Turn
the
dough
mixer
off
after
about
2,5
‐
3
minutes
when
the
dough
is
thoroughly
mixed.
Remove
the
cover
by
turning
it
counter
clockwise
and
remove
the
dough
out
of
the
container.
If
you
have
followed
the
instructions
as
described
in
paragraph
“recipes
and
advice
for
use”
the
dough
should
be
a
compact
mass
and
can
easily
be
removed
from
the
container
(8).
Now
you
can
shape
the
dough
to
a
specific
form
or
it
can
be
cut
to
pieces
for
use
with
the
pasta
set.
The
pasta
set
can
be
used
with
the
same
400
W
motor
to
make
spaghetti
or
10
other
kinds
of
pasta.
‐
Once
mixing
is
finished
turn
the
mixer
(9)
about
5
mm
counter
clockwise
en
lift
it
up
to
remove
it
from
the
base.
To
remove
the
container
(8)
also
turn
it
counter
clockwise.
Thoroughly
clean
and
dry
all
accessories.
