Selection of meat type and how well it is to be done:
Use the
button to select the meal type desired and then use them
button to select how well it is to
be done (
NOTE
- the function of choosing how well a meal is to be done is available only for specific types
of meat).

After selecting the type of meat and the degree of how well it is to be done, the thermometer screen will
show the target temperature (Alert Temp) and the current temperature measurement received by the probe
(Cooking Temp).
Manual mode:
Using the
button, selected the Manual Mode designated with the
icon. Push the
button - the
number representing the target temperature will start flashing. Use the
and
buttons to select the
value desired and then confirm it using the
button.
Audible alarm:
In order to activate the function of audible alarm launching after the target temperature (Alert Temp) is
reached, press and hold the
button.
The current functions status is shown in the form of icon appearing on the display.
Erroneous indications of the device (incorrect temperature values, “HHH” message) mean that the probe
has been damaged, which is why it is necessary to pay attention to using it properly:
• do not wash the probe under running water
• only the measuring element of the probe can be immersed in liquid - the cables must not come in contact
with it
Not adhering to the above recommendations may lead to irreversible damage to the probe and result in
voiding the warranty.
