Manual horizontal stuffer
– simple operation makes it an ideal tool for both home making of cured meat,
as well as for small meat processing plants and food and catering. Excellent for stuffing casings for
cured meat production. Facilitates production of sausages, kabanoses, salami, etc. It is equipped with
4 plastic funnels (with a venting system) of various sizes, with diameters 14, 18, 21 and 25 mm.
1. Prior to first use, wash the stuffer with warm water.
2. Prior to use, apply one tea spoon of any cooking oil on its inner side.

Fix a funnel on the round cap using a screwed ring cover. Screw the cap with funnel to an
aluminium cylinder.

Fix a crank on a spiral piston using the screw provided in the set, then turn the ring cover to the
end of the piston capped with a disc.
5.
Fill the cylinder with stuffing.
6. Place the device on a flat, stable surface, such as a kitchen worktop or table and using a rubber
suction cup.
Check if the stuffer is firmly mounted.
7.
Insert a spiral piston with a back ring cover and with a fixed crank into the steel container with
stuffing and screw it firmly onto the container.
8. If the stuffer is filled and firmly mounted, you can commence work.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The stuffer is designed for stuffing casings for cured meat production. It is not allowed to use the unit for
purposes other than intended.
The device is not suitable for children to play.
Packaging and waste equipment shall be disposed of in compliance with regulations applicable in the
country, where it is used.
