Dimensions:
Pressure ham cooker:
diameter: 10 cm
pressure ham cooker container height: 17 cm
total height with cover: 19 cm
Pot:
diameter: 16.5 cm
pot height: 17.5 cm
total pot height with pressure ham cooker: 20 cm
Advantages of the set:
4 L pot
–
with capacity gauge from 0.5 L to 3.5 L on the inner wall, with marked level of water required in
order to begin scalding. The special multilayer thermal bottom of the pot conducts heat optimally. It is suitable
for use on any kind of cooktop, including an induction cooktop. The pot is fitted with perfectly fitted removable
flange.
Flange
–
it has been fitted with two openings - one for placing the thermometer intended for measuring water
temperature during scalding (3e) and the other for air bleeding (3f). The flange minimises water loss during
the whole process, thanks to which it is not necessary to top it up. Installation of the flange on the pot also
prevents the pressure ham cooker placed in it from touching its bottom. Thanks to that, water envelops the
pressure ham cooker walls, creating the so-called water jacket and ensuring uniform heating of the pressure
ham cooker content within the whole volume thereof.
How to use
:
Familiarising yourself thoroughly with the recommendations below will enable using the pressure ham cooker
properly and enjoy the products made using it at any time. The total nominal capacity of the pressure ham
cooker is 1.5 kg The device allows preparing a dish with up to 1.1 - 1.2 kg of meat. Minimum content quantity
is about 0.7 kg.
1. Place a bag in the pressure ham cooker container (1a), fill it with content and fold its edges.
2. Place the spring (1c) in the embossing of the pressure plate (1b).
3. Place the pressure plate with spring on the content, inside the pressure ham cooker container.
4. Place the cover centrally on the spring so that the spring is placed inside the cover embossing.
5. Tighten the spring with the cover (1d), setting it up in such a manner that it becomes locked after
turning.
6. Place the thermometer in the cover opening in order to be able to check the temperature inside the
content scalded.
7. Pour water into the
pot (2) up to the level marked with the “water level” line - about 2.4 L.
8. Places the flange (3) supporting the pressure ham cooker container on the pot.
9. Put the pressure ham cooker (1) in the pot with water.
10. Place the pot on a source of heat.
11.
After achieving appropriate temperature inside the content or after the set scalding time, remove the
pressure ham cooker and cool it down appropriately. Afterwards, place the pressure ham cooker in a
refrigerator to cool it down completely.
