OME SMOKER IN A POT, 18 L, FOR A GAS COOKTOP
1. A new quality of smoking
This smoker, made of stainless steel approved for contact with food
is the first device of this kind in Poland that is
so innovative.
It is intended for hot smoking and roasting of meat, fish and cheese and allows preparing delicious and
aromatic dishes
– from now on not only in the backyard but indoors as well! Thanks to extremely tight design and a
hose intended for removing the smoke produced during smoking you do not have to worry about the characteristic smell
of smoked products filling your kitchen. The additional tray placed over the wood chips prevents burning of fat dripping
from the smoked products.
A precision thermometer included in the cover will facilitate ongoing monitoring of
temperature during the smoking process.
NOTE: The device enables smoking outdoors and in the kitchen ONLY ON A GAS COOKTOP OR OTHER NON-
ELECTRIC HEATERS!
