Thanks to this frying pan you will be able to prepare many of your favourite dishes and gain new
culinary capabilities. Golden pork chops, perfectly fried fish and vegetables, as well as many other delicious
dishes
– all of this you can prepare on your cast iron frying pan that will help distribute heat uniformly, as well
as maintain it for as long as necessary. All the ingredients used will retain their nutritional values. The square
shape of this vessel will be excellent for preparing longer fish or vegetables, for example. A folding wooden
handle that does not get hot when the pan is used will protect your hands excellently against burns, as well
as make it easier to store the frying pan even in a small cupboard. The product is intended for use on all
types of cookers.

HOW TO USE
Prior to using the pan for the first time, wash it in warm water. Then dry it and coat the cast iron surface
with a thin layer of any edible oil in order to preserve it.
Caution!
Only water can be used for cleaning cast iron vessels.
No detergents should be used.
Please remember:

Do not use cast iron vessels on glass and brittle surfaces, which are susceptible to damage.
o
Do not use cast iron vessels in microwave ovens.
o
Since this pan has a wooden handle, do not use it with an oven for preparing dishes.
o
When using this vessel, use only wooden or silicon utensils in order not to damage the cast iron
surface.
o
Do not place a cold cast iron vessel directly on a hot cooktop. It may lead to “thermal shock” and
destruction of the product. Place the vessel on a cool cooktop and then increase the temperature
gradually.
o
When using the vessel, place it only on stable surfaces.
o
When heating on a gas cooktop, adjust the flame so that it does not go beyond the bottom edge of
the pan.
o
Cast iron is not suitable for dry cooking
– use some oil, butter or lard. Heating the meal on a dry pan
can lead to permanent damage to the vessel.
o
Do not cut the portion prepared on the cast iron surface
– move the meal to an appropriate vessel or
a cutting board.
