The pot cover can also be used as a grill pan, allowing your to fry your
favourite dishes quickly.
Both the pot and the pan can be used on any heat source: on gas, electric,
ceramic, and induction cooktops, in ovens, and on a grill over open fire, e.g.
campfire or barbecue furnace.
It must not be used in microwave ovens.
When using in high temperature, this cookware does not emit any hazardous
compounds in contact with different food.
Thanks to the very high quality cast iron used, it heats up and releases heat
uniformly.
The aesthetic aspect of execution of the pot and the pan make them suitable
for serving dishes directly onto a table. When served in this manner, the
dishes retain warmth for a long time.
