1. Run the compressor until it is warm. Remove the cap for the oil filler neck (as pictured below in Figure 2). Re-
move the oil plug at the end of the black hose.
2. Open the ball valve found at the bottom edge of the block. Care should be taken in draining the oil into a proper
container for disposal per local guidelines and laws. After draining, replace the oil plug and close the ball valve.
* CAUTION - Replace the oil filter every oil change. Failure to do so will cause the filter to clog and bypass valve
to open resulting inunfiltered oil being circulated and possible damage to the compressor.

3. Remove the two bolts (1) with a 13 mm wrench. Remove the oil filter cover (2). Remove the oil filter (1) from the
rubber gasket at the cover (Figure 4). Mount a new filter element (P/N N25326) and replace and fasten oil filter
cover.
4. Slowly pour new oil through the oil filler neck until the level reaches the maximum mark on the sight glass. Wait
a few minutes and adjust the oil level if necessary before putting the unit into operation.

Changing the Oil Type-
To avoid severe damage, the following step must be strictly adhered to.
1. Drain oil completely while it is still warm.
2. Check valves, coolers, separators, purifiers, and all pneumatic tubes and hoses for deposits.
* If Deposits are detected, do the following:
a. change or clean valves, coolers, separators, purifiers, and pneumatic tubes and hoses to free them of deposits.
b. fill with the new oil.
c. after approximately 100 operating hours check oil for degree of contamination and change oil again if
necessary.
d. Top up compressor oil and on subsequent oil changes refill with only the same type of oil.
