OPERATION
FOOTREST LEVER
1.
To fold down the footrest, push down
on the footrest lever as shown to the
left.
2.
To fold up the footrest, pull up on the
footrest lever.
SEAT PARK/UNPARK and SEAT SWIVEL MECHANISMS
1.
Push IN the Seat Park/Unpark
Mechanism to allow the seat to slide
horizontally into and out of the park
position.

To rotate the seat to positions 30 and
60 degrees to the right or to the left,
pull up on the swivel latch (on either the
right or left side) to release the lock.
2.
Swivel to the desired angle and release
the latch to lock the seat in place.
