Quick Start Guide
2700 PSI* Pressure Washer
Unpack pressure washer
Remove everything from carton except pressure washer.

Open carton completely by cutting each corner from top to bottom.

Ensure you have all included items prior to assembly.

If items are damaged or missing, call 1-800-743-4115.
Assemble pressure washer
Place handle (a) onto handle supports connected to main unit. Make

sure holes in handle align with holes on handle supports.

NOTICE
It may be necessary to move the handle supports from side to
side in order to align the handle so it will slide over the handle supports.
Place cleaning tank (c) over holes on handle (a) (viewing from rear

of unit). Push tree clips (e) into top holes until they sit flat against
cleaning tank.

NOTICE
Make sure detergent shut-off valve and detergent siphoning
tube is facing down when installing cleaning tank.
Insert carriage bolts (k) through bottom holes of the handle, handle

supports and cleaning tank from front of unit and attach a plastic
knob (f) from rear of unit. Tighten by hand.

Place accessory tray (b) over holes on handle (a) (viewing from

front of unit). Push the tree clips (e) into the holes until they sit flat
against the accessory tray.

Place spray gun (n) through hole on accessory tray on right side of

unit. Place nozzle extention (p) through hole on accessory tray, as
shown.

Insert multi–colored spray tips (g) in spaces provided in accessory

tray.

Hang high pressure hose (m) on hook attached to accessory tray on

front of tray, as shown.

NOTICE
The extra hole in the tray is for storing a utility brush. The extra
clip in the tray is for storing a turbo nozzle. The brush and turbo nozzle
are NOT included with your pressure washer. You can buy these items as
optional accessories.
Attach detergent siphon hose to pump
Attach detergent siphon hose (d) to barbed hose fitting (A) closest to

high pressure outlet (D) connection on pump.

Add engine oil and fuel
NOTICE
You MUST properly fill engine with oil before attempting to start
pressure washer.
NOTICE
DO NOT use E85 fuel.
NOTICE
DO NOT mix oil with fuel.
Move pressure washer outdoors to a flat, level surface.

Clean area around oil fill and remove yellow oil fill cap/dipstick (B).
2.
Slowly pour supplied bottle of oil (h) into oil fill, frequently checking
oil level. Do not over fill. Replace and fully tighten oil fill cap.

Clean area around fuel fill cap (C).

Remove fuel cap. Slowly add
clean, fresh, UNLEADED fuel. Allow space in fuel tank for fuel
expansion, do not fill above the bottom of the fuel tank neck.

Replace fuel cap. Let any spilled fuel evaporate before starting

Move pressure washer
to safe operating location
WARNING
Outdoor use ONLY. DO NOT start or run engine indoors
or in an enclosed area, even if windows and doors are open.
Running engines give off carbon monoxide, an odorless,
poison gas that can cause nausea, fainting or death.
Move pressure washer outdoors to a flat, level surface. Running

Keep at least 5 ft. (152 cm) clearance on all sides of pressure washer

Connect spray gun
NOTICE
Remove and discard 2 shipping caps from high pressure outlet
and garden hose inlet connections.
Uncoil high pressure hose (m) and attach one end of hose to base of

spray gun (n). Tighten by hand.

Attach other end of high pressure hose (m) to high pressure outlet

(D) on pump. Tighten by hand.

Connect water supply
NOTICE
If inlet screen is damaged or missing, DO NOT use pressure
washer, call 1-800-743-4115.
Before connecting garden hose to water inlet, inspect inlet screen (E)

for damage.

Clean screen if it contains debris or have it replaced if damaged. DO

NOT run pressure washer if inlet screen is damaged.
Run cold water through garden hose for 30 seconds to clean out any

debris. Garden hose length must not exceed 50 feet (15 m). Turn
off water supply and attach garden hose (F) to water inlet. Tighten by
hand.

Start pressure washer
NOTICE
You MUST connect and turn on water supply fully before
starting engine.
Put on safety goggles.

WARNING
Risk of eye injury. Spray can splash back or propel
objects. Always wear indirect vented (chemical splash)
safety goggles, marked to comply with ANSI Z87.1 when
using or in vicinity of this equipment. NEVER substitute
safety glasses or dry-condition goggles for indirect vented safety
goggles.
Turn ON water, point gun in a safe direction, press trigger lock (red

button) (G) and squeeze trigger to purge pump system of air and
impurities. Release trigger to locked position.

Attach nozzle extention (p) to spray gun (n). Tighten by hand.

Choose desired quick connect spray tip (g), pull back on collar of

nozzle extention (p). Insert spray tip and release collar. Tug on spray
tip to make sure it is securely in place.

Push engine rocker switch (H) to on position (I or ON).

NOTICE
This unit is equipped with a ReadyStart® engine. A
ReadyStart® engine means there is no priming or choking required.
WARNING
Starter cord kickback (rapid retraction) can result in
bodily injury. NEVER pull starter cord without first relieving
spray gun pressure. Pull starter cord slowly until resistance
is felt, then pull rapidly. Kickback will pull hand and arm
toward engine faster than you can let go. High pressure can cause
spray gun to kickback. Hold spray gun with both hands during use.
When starting engine, position yourself as recommended and grasp

Then pull rapidly to start engine to avoid kickback. After each starting
attempt, where engine fails to run, always point gun in safe direction,
press red button and squeeze spray gun trigger to release high
pressure.

Let engine idle for 2 minutes.

Disconnect garden hose from pump.

Fuel and its vapors are flammable and
explosive. Turn off engine and wait at least
2 minutes before refueling. Let spilled fuel
evaporate before starting engine. Always allow
space for fuel expansion.
WARNING
High pressure water spray can cut
through skin. Never spray people or animals,
as injury can result. Spray gun traps high
water pressure, even when engine is stopped
and water is disconnected. ALWAYS point spray gun in
safe direction, press red button and squeeze spray gun
trigger, to release high pressure, every time you stop
engine.
WARNING
