In the measurement mode press the [MODE/ESC] key.
This switches to the parameter calculating condition setup
mode.
If the count level for Pc or Sm is not set, follow sequence A
shown at the left.
<Sequence A>
Press the [PARAMETER] key.
If the count level for Pc or Sm is set, follow sequence B
shown at the left.
<Sequence B>
Press the [n/ENT] key.
Specify the unit of the count level for Pc or Sm.
Each time the [CUTOFF

] or [

] key is pressed the unit of
the level toggles between “%” and “

Here, the explanation assumes that “%” is used as the unit of
the level.
Enter the count level.
The permissible range is as follows:
1 to 99% (at 1% increments)

After the desired count level is specified, press the [n/ENT] key.
The setting of the count level is identical for both Pc and Sm,
since they are reciprocals of one another.
Therefore, if the Sm is selected, “Pc” is displayed in the
setting display.
