CRUSCOTTO

E' possibile settare le impostazioni del cruscotto

solo con la chiave di accensione in posizione

I

e con il freno di stazionamento inserito.

Il cruscotto è costituito da un display e da un

tastierino.

INDICAZIONI DEL DISPLAY

Durante il funzionamento normale del carrello,

il display può mostrare le seguenti indicazioni.

1) Livello carica della batteria

Lampeggia quando la batteria raggiunge il

20% della carica. Al 10% della carica lampeggia

anche il led rosso (

A

) e, se disponibile, un

avvisatore acustico (opzionale).

2) Freno stazionamento inserito

3) Uomo presente

Il segnale si accende quando il conducente

abbandona il posto di guida senza spegnere

il carrello; in queste condizioni il carrello

non è abilitato alla marcia. Nelle versioni

con mini-joystick o joystick monoasse, il

carrello viene automaticamente messo in

folle.

4) Contaore elettronico

(vedere

4.2.11

)

4.2.4

DASHBOARD

The dashboard display settings can only be modified

when the starter key is in position I and the parking

brake is applied.

The dashboard consists of a display and a keypad.

DISPLAY INDICATIONS

During normal operation of the truck, the following

indications can be shown on the display.

1) Battery charge indicator

Starts flashing when the battery charge level

falls to 20%. At 10% the red LED (A) also

starts to flash, and if present, the audible

alarm (optional) will also sound.

2) Parking brake ON

3) Dead man device

The signal comes ON when the driver leaves

the driving seat without turning OFF the truck;

in this case the truck drive will be disabled.

For models with mini-joysticks or finger-

tip control, the fork lift is automatically put

in neutral.

4) Electronic hour meter

The hours and fractions of hours that the

lift truck is turned on or in operation can

be read on the hour meter.

Makes it possible to programme work on

the basis of battery life and facilitates the

calculation of servicing periods.

5) Speed limiting

Indicates that the maximum travel speed

limiting device is on.

6) Selected drive direction

(see 4.2.11)

4.2.4

ARMATURENBRETT

Die Einstellungen des Armaturenbretts lassen sich

nur ändern, wenn der Zündschlüssel auf

I

 geschaltet

und die Feststellbremse angezogen ist.

Das Armaturenbrett setzt sich aus einem Display

und einer Tastatur zusammen.

DISPLAYANZEIGEN

Während des normalen Staplerbetriebs können

am Display folgende Anzeigen eingeblendet sein:

1) Batterieladezustand

Blinkt, wenn die Batterieladung noch 20 %

beträgt. Wenn die Batterieladung unter 10%

fällt, blinkt ebenfalls die rote LED (

A

) und

es ertönt, falls verfügbar, ein Warnton

(optional).

2) Feststellbremse angezogen

3) Totmannschaltung

Die Kontrolllampe leuchtet, wenn der Fahrer

den Fahrerplatz verlässt, ohne den

Gabelstapler vorher abgestellt zu haben. Unter

diesen Bedingungen ist der Fahrbetrieb

gesperrt. In den Versionen mit

Ministeuerhebel oder mit Lenkrad-

Schalthebel wird der Stapler automatisch auf

Neutralstellung geschaltet.

4) Elektronischer Betriebsstundenzähler

Auf dem Betriebsstundenzähler können die

Stunden und Stundenbruchteile der

Einschaltdauer des Staplers oder der

tatsächlichen Arbeitszeit abgelesen werden.

Der Betriebsstundenzähler ermöglicht die

Programmierung der Arbeit in Abhängigkeit

von der Batterieladedauer und die Berechnung

der Wartungsintervalle.

5) Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzer

Zeigt die Zuschaltung des Begrenzers für

die maximale Fahrgeschwindigkeit an.

6) Angewählte Fahrtrichtung

(siehe

4.2.11

)
