Putting someone on hold in an external
conversation and answering a second call
If during an external conversation an external or door-entry
call comes in, it will be possible to put the conversation on
hold and answer the second call.
“call notification” tone

A) End the second call and resume the conversation
To do this, it is necessary to:

to end the second call and to resume automatically the
conversation previously put on hold
B) End the first conversation and resume the second call (only
if the second call is external)
To do this, it is necessary to:

to put on hold the second call;
• dial
R51
to end the first call and to resume automatically the
second conversation.
C) Put the second conversation through to another telephone
To do this, it is necessary to:
• press the
R
key and dial the extension required;
• wait for the answer;
• hang up;
• when you hang up, the telephone rings; pick up the handset to
resume the first external conversation
