Connectors and connections
Connecting the pan & tilt motor to keypad item No. 391805
Warning
Before connecting, make sure that the output voltage keypad
corresponds to the pan & tilt motor voltage (Refer to the
keypad and the pan & tilt motor Identification data) (
the
voltage to the connection cables with the keypad is 230V
a.c.
).
Where to operate:
J1 terminal block in the upper card of the pan
& tilt motor (see drawing)
Adjustments:
connect the wires from the keypad to the pan
& tilt motor according to the following table:

Switching on an off
Before switching the appliance:

Check that the material supplied corresponds to the specifica-
tions indicated on the data plate, following the chapter Identi-
fication data.
●
Check that pan & tilt motor item No. 391804 and the other
system components are
closed
to avoid direct contact with live
parts.
●
Make sure that all the parts are solidly and reliably fastened.
●
Check that the electrical capacity and the connection cables will
support the system power consumption.
Maintenance
Pan & tilt motor item No. 391804 does not need special mainte-
nance.
Make sure it always rests on a solid base, and that the power
supply and connection cables do not hinder the operator.
Troubleshooting
Even if pan & tilt motor item No. 391804 is very easy to use, some
problems may arise during installation or use.
Problem
The control keypad or the receiver are
working, but the pan & tilt motor does
not respond
Possible cause
Incorrect connections
The voltage supplied by the control unit is
different from that required by the pan & tilt
motor
Remedy
Check the connections between the pan &
tilt motor and the control unit
Check the control unit and the pan & tilt motor
identification data
