Heizungsanlage außer Betrieb nehmen.
z
Gasabsperrhahn schließen (Bild 2‚ Pos. 1).
z
Anhand von Bild 3 bestimmen, ob bei Ihnen Kesseltyp
A

B
oder
C
vorliegt.
z
Kesseltyp A
: Sicherungsschraube mit Heizkörperschlüssel lösen
(Bild 3).
z
Kesseltyp B/C
: Halteschraube (Bild 3‚ Pos. 1) lösen und Verkleidung
abnehmen.
z
Schnellverschlüsse öffnen (Bild 4‚ Pos. 1) und Brennerhaube
abnehmen.
z
Die 3 Stecker vom Gebläse und der Gasarmatur lösen (Bild 5‚ Pos. 1,
2 und 3).
z
Stecker vom Ionisationsstift (Bild 5‚ Pos. 4), Brennerthermostat
(Bild 5‚ Pos. 5, wenn vorhanden) und Glühzünder (Bild 5‚ Pos. 6)
lösen.
z
Überwurfmutter der Gaszuleitung an der Gasarmatur lösen (Bild 9‚
Pos. 2).
z
Luftansaugrohr mit einer Drehbewegung nach unten abziehen (Bild 9‚
Pos. 3).
z
"KombiVent" (Gas-Lufteinheit) demontieren (Bild 6).

Hinweis
Der Umbau auf eine andere Gasart erfolgt durch die
Veränderung der Gasdüse (Bild 7‚ Pos. 3) gemäß Tabelle 1.

Drei Schrauben lösen (Bild 7‚ Pos. 2) und Gasarmatur vom Venturi
(Bild 7‚ Pos. 1) abziehen.
z
Gasdüse aus der Gasarmatur nehmen.
z
Neue O-Ringe auf beiden Seiten der Gasdüse montieren (Bild 7‚
Pos. 3).
z
Neue Gasdüse entsprechend Tabelle 1 in die Gasarmatur einsetzen.
z
Gasarmatur montieren.
z
Alle Teile in umgekehrter Reihenfolge montieren.
z
Die zwei mitgelieferten Aufkleber auf dem Heizkessel anbringen
(siehe Bild 8 und Bild 9, Pos. 1).
z
Gasabsperrhahn öffnen (Bild 2‚ Pos. 2).
z
Anschlüsse mit neuen Gummidichtungen zwischen der Gasleitung
und der Gasarmatur auf Gasdichtheit überprüfen.
z
Heizkessel gemäß Montage- und Wartungsanleitung im Betrieb
nehmen.
z
Anschlüsse zwischen Gasarmatur und Venturi auf Dichtheit prüfen.
z
Anschluss zwischen Gebläse und Brenner auf Gasdichtheit prüfen.
z
Gas-Luft-Verhältnis gemäß der Montage- und Wartungsanleitung des
Heizkessels einstellen.
z
Brennerhaube und Verkleidung montieren und Halteschraube
anbringen.
Assembly instructions
Conversion to another gas type for wall-mounted
condensing gas boiler Buderus 500-24S, 500-24C,
500-28C and Buderus 600-28C
Scope of the delivery (fig. 1)
1. Gas restrictor
2. Sticker (2x, for gas type identification)
3. O-ring (2x)
4. Rubber gasket (between gas supply pipe and gas manifold)
5. Screws M5 x 30 (2x)

CAUTION!
Work on gas-bearing components must only be carried out by a
CORGI registered installer.
z
Switch off the appliance.
z
Close the gas valve (fig. 2‚ pos. 1).
z
Using fig. 3, decide whether you have boiler type
A
,
B
or
C
.
z
Boiler type A
: Loosen the securing screw using a radiator key (fig. 3).
z
Boiler type B/C
: Undo the lock screw (fig. 3‚ item 1) and remove the
casing.
z
Open the clip fastenings (fig. 4‚ item 1) and remove the ventilation box.
z
Disconnect the 3 plugs from the ventilator and the gas manifold (fig. 5‚
item 1, 2 and 3).
z
Disconnect the plugs from the ionisation electrode (fig. 5‚ item 4),
burner thermostat (fig. 5‚ item 4, if present) and the hot surface ignitor
(fig. 5‚ item 6).
z
Loosen the swivel nut connecting the gas supply to the gas manifold
(fig. 8‚ item 2).
z
Pull away the air suction tube while rotating it downwards (fig. 8‚
item 3).
z
Disassemble the "KombiVent" (gas/air unit) (fig. 6).

Note
You can convert the appliance to another gas type by changing
the gas restrictor (fig. 7‚ item 3), as shown in table 1.
z
Loosen the three screws (fig. 7‚ item 2) and pull the gas manifold from
the venturi (fig. 7‚ item 1).
z
Disassemble the gas restrictor.
z
Fit new O-rings on both sides of the new gas restrictor (fig. 7‚ item 3).
z
Fit the new gas restrictor according to table 1 in the gas manifold.
z
Assemble the gas manifold.
z
Assemble all parts in reverse order of disassembly.
z
Fit the three enclosed stickers on the central heating appliance
(see fig. 8, fig. 9, item 1 and fig. 10).
z
Open the gas valve (fig. 2‚ item 2).
z
Check the connection with the new rubber gasket between the gas
supply pipe and the gas manifold for gas leaks.
z
Switch on the central heating appliance according to its installation
instructions.
z
Check the connections between the gas manifold and the venturi for
gas leaks.
z
Check the connection between the fan and the burner for gas leaks.
z
Adjust the gas/air ratio according to the installation instructions of the
central heating appliance.
z
Fit the ventilation box and the casing and fit the lock screw.

ATTENTION

Les traveaux réalisés sur les conduites de gaz ne doivent être
exécutés que par un professionnel agréé.

Mettre l’appareil hors service.
z
Fermer le robinet de gaz (fig. 2‚ pos. 1).
z
Déterminer à l'aide de la fig. 3 si l'appareil utilisé est de modèle
A,
B
ou
C
.
z
Modèle A
: Desserrer la vis de sécurité avec la clé de radiateur (fig. 3).
z
Modèle B/C
: Desserrer la vis de maintien (fig. 3‚ pos. 1) et retirer
l’habillage.
z
Ouvrir les fermetures rapides (fig. 4‚ pos. 1) et retirer le boîtier de ventila-
teur.
z
Détacher les 3 fiches du ventilateur et de la ligne gaz (fig. 5‚ pos. 1, 2
et 3).
z
Retirer la fiches de la cheville d’ionisation (fig. 5‚ pos. 4), thermostat du
brûleur (fig. 5‚ pos. 5, si existant) et de l’allumeur à incandescence (fig. 4‚
pos. 6).
z
Détacher l’écrou-raccord de la conduite de gaz sur la ligne gaz (fig. 9‚
pos. 2).
z
Retirer le tuyau d’aspiration d’air en le tournant vers le bas (fig. 9‚ pos. 3).
z
Démonter le "KombiVent" (unité air/gaz) (fig. 6).

Remarque
La conversion à une autre type de gaz s’effectue en midifiant la
réduction de gaz (fig. 7‚ pos. 3) selon le tableau 1.
z
Desserrer les 3 vis (fig. 7‚ pos. 2) et retirer la ligne gaz du Venturi (fig. 7‚
pos. 1).
z
Démonter la réduction de gaz.
z
Monter les nouveaux joints toriques sur les deux côtés de la réduction de
gaz (fig. 7‚ pos. 3);
z
Monter la nouvelle réduction de gaz sur la ligne gaz.
z
Monter la ligne gaz.
z
Remonter toutes les pièces dans l’ordre inverse.
z
Coller les deux autocollants joints à la livraison sur la chaudière
(voir fig. 8 et fig. 9, pos. 1).
z
Ouvrir le robinet de gaz (fig. 2‚ pos. 2).
z
Vérifier l’étanchéité gaz des raccordements après avoir remplacé les joints
en caoutchouc entre la conduite de gaz et la ligne gaz.
z
Mettre l’appareil de chauffage en service selon la notice d’installation cor-
respondante.
z
Vérifier l’étanchéité gaz des raccordements entre la ligne gaz et le
Venturi.
z
Vérifier l’étanchéité gaz entre le ventilateur et le brûleur.
z
Régler le rapport air/gaz selon la notice de montage de l’appareil de chauf-
fage.
z
Monter le boîtier du ventilateur et l’habillage et mettre la vis de maintien en
place.
