8.8
Installing boiler fittings and the
burner door
In contrast to the delivery in sections, the burner door
and the flue gas collector are already fitted to the boiler
in the factory, if the boiler is supplied as pre-assembled
block.
8.8.1 Positioning the flue gas collector
The GP packing cord (glass fibre cord with silicone
sheath) is already inserted into the flue gas collector at
the factory.

Position the flue gas collector onto the four studs at
the rear section (Fig. 29,
[1]
to
[4]
) and secure with
washers and nuts.
8.8.2 Securing the clean-out cover at the rear
section
If the clean-out covers were removed to secure the
installation template on the rear section:

Re-connect the clean-out covers together with
washers and nuts to the rear section (Fig. 30,
[1]
and
[2]
).
