P19 Key lock
The key lock allows the operating keys to be locked. The target value cannot
be changed with the keys in the locked state. If an attempt is made to adjust
the target value despite a key lock, the key symbol is shown in the lower
right-hand corner of the display:
A21 Behaviour at mains power On
For safety reasons, this parameter is set to 0, i. e. after power off, the glue
gun does not switch itself on again automatically, but must be switched on in
addition. The parameters can be changed by the customer if additional safety
measures are taken.
4.2.3
Status reports and error messages
In case of failure, the display changes to red. If this condition continues after
restarting, the device must be repaired. This also applies to the ERR shown
in the display.
4.3
Settings on the device
The front end position of the trigger is adjusted by the stroke limitation (6).
This allows the user to
• achieve a convenient adjustment of the trigger or
• set a precise dosage of the filling material per working stroke.
To set the stroke limitation, carry out the following steps:
1. Press the trigger.
2. Slide the stroke limitation into the desired position.

Adhesion instructions
Please observe the following tips and instructions to ensure perfect material
bonding at all times:
• The surfaces to be repaired should be at room temperature and free of
dust, grease and moisture. Residues of waxes, separating oils, softeners
or impregnations on the workpieces can cause the adhesive to unglue im-
mediately or later.
• Apply hot melt adhesive in bead or line form. Large hot melt adhesive
beads will bond better than small beads. Immediately press workpieces
tightly together for several seconds.
Slow, continuous removal will not cause the processing temperature to drop.
