1. ATTAcH RAILS
Attach rails and mounting bracket to Power Assembly
base using

machine screws, fitted with

star washers.
2. ATTAcH TAIL
Attach tail and mounting bracket to rails using

machine screws. Make sure holes in tail are
facing up.
