Mode: Fixed Assigned Authorization (Private Mode)
In this mode a code is pre-set with which the lock can be opera-
ted. This mode is suitable for user groups where user rights do
not have to change permanently, e.g. in an office cabinet.
Master Key
The lock can be unlocked via the Master Key in case the code is
lost.
Note: The Master Key is not included in the scope of delivery. If
required, it can be ordered separately.
Functional Description
Configuration
1
Set the Code
1. Unlock the lock with the valid code (default: 0-0-0-0). Turn
the setting screw 90° to the right using a screwdriver.
2. Carefully turn the number wheels one after the other until
they engage (from top to bottom / from left to right). Do not
move to the next number wheel until the previous number
wheel has engaged. When all number wheels have engaged,
the valid code can be read off.
2
Code Finding and Master Key Opening
The Master Key can be used to read the valid code and unlock
the lock.
1. Insert the Master Key into the keyhole and turn it 90°
to the left.
2. While the Master Key remains in this position, carefully
pull off the number wheel housing to the left.
3. Turn the setting screw back to the initial position.
3. Insert a pin on the back of the number wheel housing
as far as possible into the first opening from the left. Turn the
number wheel from the front until it engages. Repeat the
procedure for all number wheels. Once all the number wheels
have engaged, the valid code can be read off.
4. Remove the pin and carefully slide the number wheel housing
back onto the lock until it engages. Turn the Master Key back
to its original position and pull it off.
