Each Tiki Torch Cone is individually packaged to prevent physical damage to the cone assembly.  Any claims of damage 
must be made immediately upon receipt of goods. 
 
The Tiki Torch Cones are designed to be installed on rigid piping by qualified gas fitters and according to local codes.  In 
the absence of local codes, use the National Gas Code ANSI Z223.1. Any piping used should be securely fastened to the 
building or structure with adequate clamps and fasteners.  It is recommended that each individual head have a manual 
shut off valve installed up stream and be mounted, so that in the closed position, the handle is across the piping run. 

 

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

These Tiki Torch Cones should not be installed closer than 3’ from combustible materials or in accordance with local code 
standards for open flame installations.

#48 Orifice = 20,000 BTU on natural gas based on 7”WC pressure/0.6 specific gravity/1000 BTU CV gas. 

 

#54 Orifice = 20,000 BTU on propane gas based on 11” WC pressure, 1.53 specific gravity 2500 m BTU CV
