MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
1. Allow the pizza insert to cool.
2. Clean the outside of pizza insert with
detergent intended for stainless steel.
3. Clean the enamelled surfaces on the pizza
insert with water and a mild detergent,
and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
4. Scrape off any scraps from the surface
of the pizza stone with a spatula or the
equivalent.
5. Wash the pizza stone with a washing-up
brush under hot running water. Do not
use washing-up liquid or other detergent.
Allow to dry.
NOTE:
• After being used repeatedly the pizza
insert can turn a discoloured brown as a
result of the heat. This is quite normal
and does not mean that the product is
damaged.
• The pizza stone consists of natural
material that can darken in time.
This does not affect the function of
the pizza stone.
STORAGE
Store the pizza insert in a dry and cool place
when not in use.
