BOUT THE

AFARI
•
The Bush Palace Safari is a 1999 Toyota Hiace Hi-Top
•
It has a PETROL engine
•
Only premium unleaded fuel should be used – no ethanol mixes (eg E10)
•
It has a 40L water tank
•
It has a portable solar panel
•
It has a deep cycle house battery
•
The battery will charge while you are driving, when parked from the solar panel, or when
connected to 240V
•
A TV antenna is provided, it is located behind the TV
•
The lights, TV, 12v sockets, USB ports and fridge will run from 12v
•
The Microwave and power points will only operate on 240v

ETTING
U
P
ARRIVAL AT SITE
•
Park the camper on a level area.
•
If required use the levelling ramps to level the camper
•
Place a chock against each wheel
•
Turn gas on
•
If available connect the 240v power to the socket on the right hand side of the camper using the
15a cable provided (do not use any other cable).
•
Fill the water tank using the blue hose
•
Turn the fridge on using the dial inside the fridge.
•
Wind out the awning
SIT DOWN & ENJOY!
That’s it! All that’s left to do is put out the annex mat, set up the table and chairs, and relax. Enjoy
your holiday!
