This log splitter was partially assembled at the
factory. To assemble your machine follow the
below instructions.
WHEELS
ASSEMBLY
Remove the anti-dust sleeves from the two
wheels. Take the anti-dust washers and
roller bearings from the wheels and set
aside for later use.

At least two people are needed to move
the reservoir outside of the pallet. Place
the engine at the end corner of the pallet.
Remove the two anti-dust sleeves from the
wheel axle.

Assistant holds the engine, while the other
person assembles the wheel opposite of
the engine first.

Slide the anti-dust washer and one roller
bearing onto the axle. Use a soft-faced
hammer to tap the roller bearing lightly
to make sure the bearing is in the right
position.
Slide the wheel with the valve stem facing
out to the wheel axle and the other roller
bearing, then put the wheel washer against
the bearing. Use a 32mm socket to tighten
the axle nut completely.
Spin the wheel clockwise or counterclock
wise to ensure proper bearing seating.
Loosen the axle nut until it is loose enough
to turn the wheel with your fingers.
Retighten the axle nut until "finger tight."
Insert the cotter pin through the hole in the
axle. Bend open and spread the prongs in
