Verify that the ink
cartridge was
purchased through
Buskro.
Re-insert the ink
cartridge.

First, reinsert the

If that fails, turn off
and on the IDS and
controller. Ensure the
cartridge has been
properly inserted into
the unit and restart.
Ensure everything is
off for at least a
minute.

The IDM is not
communicating to the
controller properly
Ensure the serial
cable is attached
properly to the Ink
Delivery System.
Reset the IDM by
